Our friend and colleague Ann Rich is currently in Uganda and has successfully fundraised £500 through Gofundme in order to foster 4-month old Faith Grace who is an orphan. We are beyond delighted to receive these news as this means that baby Faith will now be in safe hands and won’t fall into poverty and abuse.
Thank you to every single one who donated!
Our friend and colleague Ann Rich is currently in Uganda, doing a great deal of useful work. Last week she was granted permission to foster an orphan girl called Faith Grace. However, in order to complete all the necessary paperwork for being granted Faith into her care, Ann needs to raise £500.
Please take a moment to read Faith’s story below and donate any amount that you can through the Gofundme-page. Any small amount makes all the difference in order to save this young girl from poverty and life of hardship, even abuse.
This is Faith Grace and she is 4 months old and was left in a box she was abandoned by her Mother who is too poor to look after her and her father is nowhere to be seen.
She is so beautiful but has absolutely nothing. I was able to give her this beautiful little dress donated by Shirley. Thank you so much we are truly grateful I am hoping to foster Faith and bring her back to Mother Anns Baby Home in Kampala Uganda ,
The Courts in Kampala Uganda have granted it but for the paperwork to be sealed and for us to bring Faith Grace back to the Mother Anns Baby Home we need to raise 500 pounds I know its a lot to ask but if 500 people donated one pound this could be possible and this beautiful little girl will be saved from poverty and will have a fantastic life …..
Who knows what will happen to her if I can not foster her i dread to think 😦
My heart is aching right now and the tears are flowing if you could see how beautiful she is im sure you would feel the same as me and donate even just a little …
love and Blessings

Our friend and colleague Ann Rich from the Mother Ann Foundation has been in Uganda for some weeks now. She has been busy working on her own nursery school project, but has also kindly kept us up to date on the work of our educational consultancy.
The consultancy has been doing many orders of school books and teaching materials for schools across Uganda. Ann performed an independent evaluation of the quality of the materials and the results have been outstanding. The consultancy is being widely acknowledged and it is gaining a great reputation in the field. We are delighted that this branch of work has gotten off to a great start and we hope to continue on such track.
Ann has also been busy decorating the classroom for her nursery kids where music lessons are currently also being held. Below you can see the charts, posters and fresh paint being used for decorating the room. For more details on her work, please visit https://motherann.org.uk/
